yay, yesterday was Mothers' Day. yet another over commercialised day to rack in money. we should definitely be thankful to all our moms everyday and not just yesterday! [=
went to eat
zhi char at elias mall and the main stall is too crowded that we even had to go to another that we do not usually patronise. but the food is still not too bad, though the fried fish could be a tad fatter, too skinny already.
immediately after booking out from jurong island (jgl), headed to liang court kino to find nurul. some kind of bargain sale there for their old books. bought like 6 books for $19, which is about the total for a single book that I usually buy.
after that, proceeded to suntec city for some fascinating malaysia exhibition. mom received an sms from optimax that currently has a promotion on lasik surgery. so now am trying to secure my overseas leave in early june so I can head over there for their checkup and see if i'm suited to do lasik or not =p no more glasses nor contact lens! *i hope*
seeing my platoon mates for 5 days a week is bad, so imagine now when i'm seeing them like every single day for the next 3 weeks and past 1 week. not that i dun like them, but it gets boring. must find more things to do! jia wei promises to entertain me, but his current hit songs only include:

= 17th (wed) - probably go ntu to collect my book on bisuness fianace
= 20th (sat) - guitar & ocip bbq
= 23th (tue) - donate blood?

= 29th (mon) - yay, last book out before this kuku duty is
