yay! i made my 1st step towards my future financial plans! guess what i did? i had a 50% stake in a unit trust that i recommended my dad to buy. and on top of that, am also currently bidding for the Frasers Centrepoint Trust (FCT), an REIT that's on an IPO.
Though the amounts are not very large, it is still a big step towards financial freedom~ wee hoo!
btw, i bought 5k UOB's Growthpath 2040 and another 5k of FCT. now's to continue monitoring the funds. [[=
